Jack Hong
Dr. Jack Hong is a recognised leader in digital
transformation, artificial intelligence, and business analytics, with a career
spanning both corporate and public sectors. He is the co-founder and CEO of
Integrum Global, where he drives AI-enabled business innovation through
projects such as Project ????AI, an initiative that
leverages composable AI technologies to help enterprises optimise their value
chains with minimal disruption. Dr. Hong’s expertise spans industries including
finance, healthcare, transportation, real estate, and education, making him a
trusted advisor and thought leader in AI applications and business
transformation. Prior to founding Integrum Global, Dr. Hong held prominent
roles in the commercial and public sectors, including serving as Corporate
Planner for CapitaLand China and Ascott North Asia, with extensive exposure to
real estate private equity. He also worked with the Monetary Authority of
Singapore on major initiatives and contributed to international military
relations during his tenure with the Ministry of Defence. These experiences
have equipped Dr. Hong with a unique blend of strategic acumen, operational expertise,
and technological insight, enabling him to deliver high-impact outcomes for his
clients.
An ardent advocate for education and AI democratisation, Dr.
Hong has been teaching digital transformation, AI, and financial economics to
undergraduate and postgraduate students since 2014. His work is widely
recognised through publications such as A Practitioner's Guide to Digital
Platform Business and Financial Management, Theory and Practice, which are core
readings in Singapore Management University’s MBA programme. Dr. Hong also
serves as Chair of Advocacy and Research for ASME, an SME Committee Member at
the Singapore Business Federation, and an Executive Committee Member of AI
Ethics and Governance at the Singapore Computer Society, reflecting his
commitment to advancing AI ethics, governance, and industry capabilities.
