Arielle is a researcher at the Metis Institute for Climate Strategy, with a background in accounting and finance. She previously worked at PwC and an impact investment firm, where she gained experience in due diligence, investment analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategy development. Her research at Metis focuses on the just transition, particularly the role of MSMEs in inclusive and sustainable economic development in Southeast Asia.

In addition to research, Arielle supports training delivery by designing slide content and co-facilitating sessions. She has contributed to training programmes for AICPA-CIMA, WWF, and WBCSD, covering topics such as IFRS S2, TCFD, climate scenario analysis, double materiality, and emerging nature-related disclosures.
