Weiting is an accomplished sustainability professional with experience delivering sustainability-related services, particularly with respect to climate change and biodiversity. Weiting has an excellent understanding of a broad range of sustainability topics, which she levers in support of the development of strategy and reporting in accordance with a variety of international standards (TCFD, ISSB, GRI, CDP, TPT, TNFD).
Weiting is also a driven social scientist with five years of independent research experience in human nature interface. Through this experience, she has developed a capacity for critical thinking and quantitative data analysis, and also became a competent teaching assistant, having been placed on the honour roll for consistently high teaching performance at the National University of Singapore.
