Course Description

Coaching is a key responsibility of effective leaders. The purpose of coaching is to improve an individual’s work performance. Effective coaching can lead to increased productivity, improved communication, increased staff loyalty and reduced stress and tension at the workplace.


This course will guide you through the key characteristics of effective on-the-job coaching. You will learn the essential skills to build rapport and trust with your staff. This course also aims to equip you with the different coaching techniques that you can apply to structure a meaningful coaching conversation to achieve productivity.
