Dah Khang is the Managing Director of Yang Lee Consulting Pte Ltd. He was instrumental in the setup of Yang Lee Consulting Pte Ltd in the year 2005 and has been actively managing and growing the business since then. Today, Yang Lee Consulting Pte Ltd serves a portfolio of more than 40 companies listed on the SGX-ST, governmental bodies, charities and private companies.He started his career with one of the international accounting firms with a portfolio comprising international MNC, listed companies on SGX-ST and financial institutions providing services that includes statutory audits, due diligence and reporting for initial public offers (“IPO”).He subsequently joined a multi-national company listed in New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) as the internal audit manager overseeing the Asia-Pacific region with operations in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Japan.He later joined the Practice Monitoring Department of the Institute of Certified Practising Accountants of Singapore (“ICPAS”) and Public Accountants Board (“PAB”) as a regulator of practising accountants in Singapore. As part of his job scope he also conducted seminars for practising accountants.He is a Certified Internal Auditor (“CIA”) and attained the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (“CRMA”) from the Institute of Internal Auditor, FCA of the ISCA, Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (“CVA”) of The Institute of Valuers and Appraisers (“IVAS”), GRI certified sustainability professional of the Global Reporting Initiative (“GRI”) and Practicing Management Consultant (“PMC”) (Bilingual) of the Singapore Business Advisors & Consultants Council (“SBACC”) and ISO 14064 GHG Lead Verifier.Dah Khang also serves as:– A member of the Sustainability and Climate Change Committee of ISCA;– A member of the Investigation and Disciplinary Panel of ISCA; and– A Financial Expert appointed by the Family Justice Court of Singapore

Chan Yen San is a Partner and Head of Professional Practice at KPMG in Singapore, with more than 23 years of experience in the accounting profession. She has a strong technical foundation in financial reporting, with deep expertise in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), SFRS(I), IFRS, and the ISSB Standards. In her current role, she plays a key part in shaping and maintaining KPMG’s technical and professional standards in Singapore.Yen San is highly experienced in advising on complex accounting matters, including fund-raising exercises, investment structuring, and transactional accounting for both listed and non-listed entities. She has provided guidance on a wide range of business transactions involving technical consultations, structuring considerations, and financial reporting implications.Throughout her career, Yen San has supported clients across diverse sectors such as real estate, financial services, government and public sector entities, as well as cooperatives and investment funds.
