Course Description

Accountants are the gatekeepers of governance and financial reporting. You play an important role in determining how a company fulfil its corporate governance policies. You shoulder the responsibility in disclosing the correct information not only to the shareholders, but also to the stakeholders. It is imperative that companies adopt best practices in corporate governance to promote their long-term sustainability and remain competitive.
